COMPASSIONATE, EVIDENCE-BASED TREATMENT FOR SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS THROUGH A WIDE RANGE OF OUTPATIENT PROGRAMS

Clinical Level Care

We offer personalized, state-of-the-art alcohol and drug treatment. In addition to regularly meeting with a substance use/mental health counselor, clients can join recovery groups and receive MAT/ Psychopharmacology. Families can learn about the nature of addiction and how to better support their loved ones. Individual and group counseling sessions are available in-person, via telephone and through secure, HIPAA secure zoom sessions. Clinic Level Care is available in both English and Spanish, during day and evening hours.

Medication Assisted Treatment / Psychopharmocology

We offer a full range of medication-assisted treatments to support the recovery process. Oral medications such as buprenorphine, suboxone, and naltrexone, as well as injectable medications such as vivitrol and sublocade, have been shown to reduce cravings, ease or eliminate withdrawal symptoms and improve outcomes.
Combined with individual counseling, MAT is an evidenced-based way to strengthen and support recovery.
Our medical team provides services in both English and Spanish.

Evaluation and Treatment for DWI / DWAI

Through group and individual treatment, our DWI Program supports clients to turn legal cases into an opportunity for positive change in relation to high-risk driving behavior. Clients learn to navigate the court system and explore the decisions that ended in legal involvement. Clients develop a plan for changing impaired driving behavior. DWI treatment is available both in English and Spanish.

Day Rehabilitation

Innovative Health’s Day Rehabilitation program is an intensive program that runs in-person Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm. Day Rehabilitation is appropriate for clients who need intensive treatment (3-5x/week.) The program focuses not only on substance use treatment, but also on the person’s whole life and functioning including relationships, healthy lifestyle, parenting, trauma, mental health/co-occurring disorders, and leisure skills. In addition to groups, all clients in Day Rehabilitation also work closely with a substance use/mental health counselor to receive individualized counseling for their recovery.

Continuing Care

With the successful completion of active treatment, clients can choose to remain connected to Innovative Health Systems through the Continuing Care Program. In continuing care, clients receive the support they need to maintain recovery gains made in active treatment. The Continuing Care Program also allows clients to continue to receive
Medication-Assisted Treatment / Psychopharmacology.

ANGER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

This program helps our patients by offering support, education, and guidance to those who struggle with anger issues. Patients will gain a better understanding of their internal and external triggers and how how to express emotion in a healthy way. In addition, stress management, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance methods are discussed.

WOMEN’S GROUP

The goal of this program is to provide intensive, structured chemical abuse and dependence treatment in order to help women maintain an addiction-free life and improve relationships. Our program is designed to help women overcome the barriers to treatment that often exist by encouraging them to talk about real life experiences in a supportive peer environment.

Continuing Care

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Our domestic violence support program works to address any underlying alcohol and substance abuse, mental illnesses, and we treat the family as a whole. As alcohol and substance abuse can cause negative behaviors which include violence, this program works to confront this issue and find healthier outlets of expression, as well as provide support to those who have experienced domestic violence.
